SwiftProPDF Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By using SwiftProPDF, creating an account, uploading files, or purchasing premium access, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Permitted use

You may use SwiftProPDF only for lawful document processing and only for files that you own or are authorized to access, upload, unlock, modify, convert, or share.

4. Prohibited use

• Do not upload files that are illegal, infringing, abusive, confidential without authority, malicious, or harmful.
• Do not use SwiftProPDF to bypass access controls, passwords, or rights-management systems unless you have legal authority.
• Do not attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform or other users.
• Do not impersonate another person, submit false payment details, or misuse support channels.

5. Document output and user responsibility

SwiftProPDF provides automated document tools. Outputs may vary depending on source file quality, formatting, passwords, fonts, scanned content, image quality, file size, and third-party document formats. You should review all output before relying on it for legal, financial, academic, professional, or official purposes.

6. Free limits, premium access, and payments

Free and guest usage may be subject to weekly limits. Premium access may include higher or unlimited usage, priority support, and early access to features as described on the website. Premium activation may require manual verification of payment details sent to support.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees are charged in Indian Rupees and are non-refundable once premium access is activated, except where required by applicable law or where SwiftProPDF decides otherwise at its discretion.

7. Intellectual property

SwiftProPDF, including its design, software, branding, logos, text, and service features, belongs to SwiftProPDF or its licensors. You retain rights in your uploaded files, subject to the limited permission you grant us to process them for the requested service.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data, uploaded files, cookies, logs, and user rights is described in the Privacy Policy. By using SwiftProPDF, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, remove accounts, limit usage, or refuse service if we believe you have violated these terms, misused the platform, created security risk, submitted fraudulent information, or caused legal or operational harm.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

SwiftProPDF is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free results, complete file compatibility, permanent availability, or suitability for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftProPDF will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business losses, including data loss, lost profits, document errors, service interruption, or unauthorized use of your account.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SwiftProPDF harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, and costs arising from your uploaded files, misuse of the service, violation of these terms, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of applicable law.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law and mandatory legal rights, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
