Answers to common questions about using SwiftProPDF, account limits, premium membership, file privacy, payments, refunds, and support.

1. What is SwiftProPDF?

SwiftProPDF is an online PDF toolkit that helps you unlock, merge, split, compress, convert, rotate, edit, and manage PDF files from your browser.

2. Do I need to create an account to use SwiftProPDF?

No. Guest users can use SwiftProPDF without registration, subject to the weekly guest usage limit. Creating a free account gives you a higher weekly limit and account-based usage tracking.

3. What are the free usage limits?

Guest users receive 20 document actions per week. Registered free users receive 30 document actions per week. Premium users receive unlimited document actions while their membership is active.

4. What is included in SwiftProPDF Premium?

SwiftProPDF Premium includes unlimited document actions, unlimited PDF conversions, compression and editing access, priority support, and early access to selected new features.

5. How much does Premium cost?

SwiftProPDF Premium has a monthly plan also available with us at ₹149 per user/month. The annual subscription is normally ₹1,788 per user/year, but is currently available at a discounted price of ₹999 per user/year. Pricing may change in the future, but active memberships will be honored for the validity period confirmed at purchase.

6. How do I activate Premium membership?

To activate Premium, follow the payment instructions on the ContactUs page. After payment, email your transaction details to support@swiftpropdf.com . We will verify the payment and activate your membership as soon as possible.

7. Is Premium activation automatic?

Not yet. Premium activation is currently handled manually after payment verification. Automatic payment gateway activation is planned for a future update.

8. What is the refund policy?

Premium subscriptions are generally non-refundable once activated. Refund requests may be reviewed for duplicate payments, accidental overpayments, or unresolved technical access issues. Please contact support within 7 days of payment with your transaction details and reason for the request.

9. Are my uploaded files private?

SwiftProPDF is designed for temporary file processing. Uploaded files are used to complete the selected document action and provide the download result. Please do not upload files unless you own them or have permission to process them.

10. Does SwiftProPDF store my files permanently?

No. SwiftProPDF is intended to process files temporarily for the selected operation. Files should not be treated as permanent storage or backup. Always keep your own copy of important documents.

11. Is SwiftProPDF safe to use?

SwiftProPDF uses account protections, session controls, and temporary file handling to support safer document processing. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid uploading highly sensitive files unless they are comfortable processing them online.

12. Which file types are supported?

SwiftProPDF supports PDF files and selected Office and image formats depending on the tool. Each tool page shows the accepted file types for that specific action.

13. Why did my conversion fail?

Conversions may fail if a file is corrupted, too large, password protected, unsupported, or contains complex formatting that cannot be converted reliably. Try another file or contact support if the issue continues.

14. Can I use SwiftProPDF on mobile?

Yes. SwiftProPDF is designed to work on desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers. Some large files may be easier to manage on a desktop or laptop.

15. Can one account be used on multiple devices?

Registered non-admin users can stay logged in on up to two devices at the same time. Admin users are not limited by concurrent sessions.

16. How can I contact support?
